A Muranga MCA has caused all sorts of mixed reactions online after he hired a Limo for a class 8 leaver who was joining form one. According to Kenyans opinions they are accusing the MCA of misusing public resources and engaging himself in useless publicity stunts in a bid to hunt for votes.
